Rhee Chang was living decently with a job that wasn't bad for earning a day's meal despite being an undocumented immigrant. One day, an incident occurs where everyone working at the restaurant suddenly experiences an increased intracranial pressure (ICP) and dies all at once. However, for some reason, Rhee experiences a strange phenomenon wherein everyone passes by without recognizing him, even though he was clearly 'present' at 'that spot,' and amid the confusion, Rhee thinks of 'Yoo Hwi,' whom he had coincidentally encountered at that time. Clearly, it was Hwi, whom he talked to, had died a few years ago, but he spoke to Rhee and saw that he was alive... This incident marked the beginning of a series of 'unexplainable' events for Rhee Chang.
