Cry out for love, scream in sorrow. "I want to be lonely," "I have nothing," "I'm a failure" - To vent, a girl named Ruru uses a private SNS account. What she stumbles upon is a rumor about a condition called "Love Sick Girl Syndrome", said to only affect teenage girls. The symptoms seem completely unreal, like something straight out of a manga... She thought it was just a made-up story, but when a certain worry triggers strange changes in her body, they begin to resemble the symptoms described in that very rumor. A long-awaited comic adaptation of the story inspired by Kairikibear's songs: Venom, Darling Dance, and Failure Girl!
Note: The title is a play on the word Kakurenbo - かくれんぼ "hide and seek", except the last part is replace with renbo - 恋慕 "(falling in) love; attachment".
