A young man named Shi Quan lives alone, leading a simple and uneventful life. Unbeknownst to him, he is injected with a mysterious power that allows him to control his own blood. An encounter with an alien named Monday begins to unravel the secrets of his past; an all-powerful corporation, a crumbling old-world order, strange extraterrestrial beings, and superpowered humans.
