Si Bon, a genius perfumer praised as a prodigy in France, suddenly loses his sense of smell. Having lost the very meaning of his life, Si Bon comes to Korea, intending to quietly end it all. But when he throws himself into the sea, he’s rescued by a strange man named Haeun, who lives alone and runs an antique shop. Just as Si Bon tries to take his life again, he receives a call from his friend Pierre—there may be a way to restore his sense of smell. Grasping onto that faint hope, Si Bon decides to stay at Haeun’s antique shop, working and living there for three months to prepare for his return to France. However, as time passes, Si Bon finds himself increasingly drawn into the mysterious world of this peculiar man, Haeun.
