In a secluded country, a little girl was chosen and adopted by a strange man that represents the elusive Zodiac Council. The purpose? To raise her and 12 other chosen children into the perfect leaders to lead their assigned states and represent their Zodiacs. The catch? Each zodiac, due to a 'disease', would live only for 27 years.
But what happens when the zodiacs figured out this 'disease'? Or is there more behind the Zodiac Council?
