In a world where monsters appear and the climate changes drastically, the only place that maintains the form of a nation is the “Capital”. There exists the infamous esper unit, “White Corps”, which is deployed to eliminate monsters and absorb outside populations. Shin Hwajin, an esper of the White Corps, is constantly looked down on due to his origin and weak abilities.
