Shiro Kazami shared the victory with Takeshi Hongo at the Japan Motocross Championship. However, at that time, a small hydrogen bomb exploded in the western part of Tokyo, and many people, including Kazami's parents, lost their lives. In order to avenge his father and mother, Kazami burns with anger and confronts the monster Scissor Jaguar, but he is defeated in return. Kazami, who was seriously injured on the verge of death, was saved by Rider 2, who had disguised himself as a Gel Shocker combatant.
